Acupressure Shiromani Award – Application Requirements

a. Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, along with the highest qualification certificate.

b. Professional Certificates: D.A.T., D.A.M., M.D. Acu., SuJok Therapy, or other relevant Acupressure and Natural Healing course certificates, diplomas, or degrees.

c. Advanced Practical Experience: Details of your experience in Acupressure practice, advanced techniques, patient care, teaching, or professional training activities, wherever applicable.

d. Patient Case History Reports (PCHR): Reports of cases handled by you or your institute, with appropriate patient consent and personal information protected.

e. Proof of Excellence: Evidence of outstanding expertise in Acupressure, significant professional achievements, innovative practices, or contributions to Acupressure education and awareness.

f. Professional & Social Contributions: Details of workshops conducted, students trained, health camps organized, community service, publications, or other relevant accomplishments.

g. Application Processing Fee: ₹6,500 (Indian applicants) or US$120 (international applicants).
